No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor without direct adult supervision at all times. There must be one accompanying adult 18 years of age or older per child. No strollers are allowed on the show floor at any time. At no time are persons under the age of 18 allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out – even if supervised. This policy is strictly enforced.
All children, regardless of age, require a badge and the completion of a wavier form. If not pre-registered, they must register on-site. Children are not charged a registration fee. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

Trade Show Floor FAQs
For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity, or, when strollers are carrying an infant. There will be a bag and coat check available just outside the entrance to the Meadowlands Exposition Center. This is a complimentary service to all SupplySide East Participants. An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection, or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show.
