SupplySide East is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the Approved Business Categories Defined.

Yes. GMP Training sessions require separate registration. Pricing details will be available soon.

No one under of the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor without direct adult supervision at all times. At no time are persons under the age of 18 allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out—even if supervised. This is strictly enforced. Young children (infants being held or children in strollers) can be admitted without a badge. All other children, regardless of age, require a badge. If not preregistered, they must register on-site; however, they are not charged the on-site registration fee. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations at any time. Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree and will comply with the published registration cancellation policy.

Education FAQs

Information and details on the 2021 education program are coming soon. 

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

Yes. If you have attended an education session, a copy of the presentation slides will be sent to you via email one week post show.

Venue and Travel FAQs

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the exposition center. This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the expo center. More information on hotels coming soon.

To request a visa letter, you must first register to attend SupplySide East. During your registration you can request a visa letter that, upon registration approval, will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, click here.

Trade Show Floor FAQs

Trade Show days are Tuesday, August 24 and Wednesday, August 25, 2021. More information about trade show and education dates and times is coming soon. 

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity, or, when strollers are carrying an infant. There will be a bag and coat check available just outside the entrance to the Meadowlands Exposition Center. This is a complimentary service to all SupplySide East Participants. Exhibiting and Sponsorship FAQs

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection, or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. We will assign booths first-come, first-served. Please visit the Contact the Sales Team page to see our Account Managerss and their regions. Learn more on our About Exhibiting page.
