SupplySide East is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the approved business categories defined.

To ensure your early commitment is hassle-free, all attendees taking advantage of early bird registration will receive a 100% refund if for any reason you need to cancel, no questions asked. All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]% refunds are applicable for those who register on or before Feb. 2, 2024. Registrations after February 2 will incur a $35 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after April 10, 2024.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor without direct adult supervision at all times. There must be one accompanying adult 18 years of age or older per child. No strollers are allowed on the show floor at any time. At no time are people under the age of 18 allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out — even if supervised. This policy is strictly enforced.

All children, regardless of age, require a badge and the completion of a wavier form. If not pre-registered, they must register onsite. Children are not charged a registration fee. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

Education FAQs

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

To request a visa letter, you must first register to attend SupplySide East. During your registration, you can request a visa letter that — upon registration approval — will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, click here.

Trade show floor FAQs

Trade show days for our 2025 are April 8 & 9.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity, or, when strollers are carrying an infant. There will be a bag and coat check available just outside the entrance to the Meadowlands Exposition Center. This is a complimentary service to all SupplySide East participants. See baggage check hours below.

Exhibiting and sponsorship FAQs

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection, or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. We will assign booths first-come, first-served. Please visit the contact the sales team page to see our account managers and their regions. Learn more on our about exhibiting page.

Whether the objective of your show is to educate attendees on your science, launch a new product line or dominate the category, your booth space is only the start of your company’s ability to draw attention to your products or services.
