SupplySide East is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the Approved Business Categories Defined.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor without direct adult supervision at all times.  There must be one accompanying adult 18 years of age or older per child. No strollers are allowed on the show floor at any time. At no time are persons under the age of 18 allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out – even if supervised. This policy is strictly enforced.

All children, regardless of age, require a badge and the completion of a wavier form. If not pre-registered, they must register on-site. Children are not charged a registration fee. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

Education FAQs

You can view the session details for the SupplySide East 2022 Education sessions by viewing the schedule.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

Presentation slides will be available on SupplySide Network 365 on the session page within the agenda, along with the on-demand recordings of the sessions. 

Yes. The education sessions will be live-streamed onto SupplySide Network 365, and will also be made available on-demand following the event.

To request a visa letter, you must first register to attend SupplySide East. During your registration you can request a visa letter that, upon registration approval, will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, click here.

Trade Show Floor FAQs

Trade Show days for our 2023 event are Tuesday, April 18 and Wednesday, April 19. Hours are coming soon.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity, or, when strollers are carrying an infant. There will be a bag and coat check available just outside the entrance to the Meadowlands Exposition Center. This is a complimentary service to all SupplySide East Participants. More details on bag and coat check coming soon.

Exhibiting and Sponsorship FAQs

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection, or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. Mobile App FAQ's

Make sure you register for SupplySide Network 365, which will serve as the official mobile app of SupplySide East, and will also enable you to build connections, learn about innovations and trends within our industry and connect with the SupplySide community year-round. 

After completing your SupplySide Network 365 registration, you will receive an email from [email protected] with the subject line “[Action Required] Here’s your profile activation link!” Open that email and click the “Get Started” button which will prompt you to set up a password to log-in.
