Anti-harassment code of conduct

Informa Markets’ goal is to connect buyers and sellers and support the flow of business and trade. Our platforms help businesses meet, discover products, trade and grow through major exhibitions, virtual events, online marketplaces, specialist content and data services. This can only be achieved if we create and maintain an environment where ALL people are treated with dignity, decency and respect. As such, we expect every “participant” in any Informa event (in person or virtual) in any manner whatsoever, including, but not limited to, all exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, media, staff members, workers, contractors, vendors, security or anyone else who participates in any way, to behave appropriately and in accordance with this anti-discrimination and anti-harassment code of conduct. Each participant is solely responsible for their own conduct while participating in the event or any part of the event. Guardians are solely responsible for the conduct of any minors participating in the event or any part of the event.

Our policy applies to EVERYONE participating in an Informa event. ALL participants are subject to this code of conduct.

Anyone can report discrimination or harassment to event staff/security at any time. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness discrimination or harassment happening to someone else, you should immediately contact event staff/security. If necessary, security or event staff will contact local law enforcement, provide escort, offer a safe place, or otherwise assist those experiencing discrimination or harassment.

When you submit a report and throughout the investigation process, your identity will be kept confidential to the best of our ability, consistent with best business practices. If preferred, you have the option to remain completely anonymous, but this does inhibit the investigation team's ability to get sufficient information to make the right determination about your case. Informa also has a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation, including if you feel someone has taken retaliatory action against you because you made a report or participated in an investigation.

As a participant in an Informa event, we appreciate your support of and cooperation with the anti-discrimination and anti-harassment code of conduct. Your cooperation helps us improve Informa policies that uphold the integrity of our events.
